THE INFINITY PILLARS: PERSONAL
The Personal Pillar stands as the pillar that dictates who you are. This pillar is not limited to personal growth it is your beliefs, your ideas, your internal dialog, and how you interact with your surroundings.
Throughout our lives, the Personal Pillar will always feel like either the most important or the least important pillar. This is due to two factors. One is that the Personal Pillar will always be the closest to you at all times, secondly, it is the only Pillar that is not dictated by decision on if you can or can not work on it.
We are always working on the Personal Pillar, everything we do has an impact, everything we see effects it and the changes can feel so major at times that we might not even be able to recognise the changes when they occur.

Personal serves as our single great point of existence. It makes up who we are, how we think, and what we want to do.
When you are in a great mood and dance alone in your house, when you sing in the shower, when your mind drifts into fascinating ideas, these are all moments that flourish from your Personal Pillar.
Your Personal Pillar will always support you, in your darkest hour and your brightest moments. It is the single greatest motivator to get you to the finish line, however, it can be a double-edged sword.
THE CHALLENGE OF PERSONAL
Personal is the Pillar that changes the way in which you conduct Business. This means that if you aren't getting anything done, then your Personal beliefs may be lacking.
You see when the Personal Pillar is neglected we become agitated, frustrated, internalized, and anxiety or depression driven. As the process continues we often don't seek the improvement we need simply because we think, "I need to work harder, I need to get more done, I need, I need, I need..."
This mindset then drives us to the edge of our limit and might be impossible to rein back in until we are reminded by the situation or our peers around us.
PERSONAL GROWTH
Learning To Reflect
Rather than dwelling on the past, we can learn from it. When you can turn inwards to recognize a situation or mindset, you can begin to see where you are. Reflection can lead us to work forward rather than back,
Working Through
As people we more often than not like to take the path of least resistance. As such we work around rather than working through. SImply put the outcomes you desire are in the work you are not doing (for yourself).
Letting Go Of The Past
A big step for a lot of people when working on themselves is letting go of the past. We often see ourselves only through the lens of who we were, when in fact you are now different from the person you were when you went to sleep last night. Now this isn't to say that you need to get rid of the past. Experiences make us who we are. But you need not hold onto it.
Lean On Community
When you are working on yourself it becomes very easy to try and detach yourself from the people around you. When in fact it could be the thing holding you back from actualized improvement.
