We’ve got some changes that are happening since The Road Ahead…
On The Road Ahead we had a whole long section about new things coming into our events, and well, we kind of decided to take away a couple of those initial ideas following some testing.
Firstly, we have the meal tickets. While we had initially talked about creating a separate meal ticket that provides you with the option to get food, we have chosen to take that away to help make these tickets easier to set up.
As such these tickets have been rolled into the event ticket, it’s now included in your price. However, and this part is important, this will not be the case at the Colorado Totality event. This is because to keep the initial event price we have chosen to provide you with additional lunch time to go and get whichever food you would like from the myriad of restaurants on site.

The other change that is taking place is that we placing the excursion entirely in the hands of the community. We will provide the group chat on our mobile app, TFP Connect and we will let you all take it from there.
The other exciting part is that we have added VIP tickets to the options. In this, you will get priority seating, access to VIP dinners, exclusive networking opportunities, and a host of other things!
With these changes comes one major change that many individuals will enjoy. We are cutting the events down to two full days. This means the community nights that have occurred in the past on Friday nights will no longer be available.
We are doing this to provide individuals with the ability to truly go out, catch up, and spend time with their friends in the community. Now this also provides our speed travelers with the ability to skip missing work. As we start all of our events at 9 am local time, you can catch the first flight in on Saturday morning and the last flight out on Sunday night.
That means our weekend experiences have truly opened up the ability for weekend travelers to attend and not miss a thing.
