Requirements to Join
You must have the following tools ready by Day 1:
✔ Wearable Integration (Garmin Preferred) To optimize your "vessel," we need accurate data. We prefer Garmin for its superior recovery and biometric tracking, though an Apple Watch will suffice.
✔ InBody Scan (Baseline Data) We don't guess; we measure. An InBody scan is required before you begin. This allows us to see your starting muscle mass and body fat percentage so we can build your protocol with precision.

✔ Professional Environment A standard commercial gym membership is highly recommended. If you are training from home, your setup must meet our standards for strength and resistance training.
✔ Accountability Photos "Before" photos must be submitted via the TFP Fit App before Day 1. These are for your eyes, our eyes, and—eventually—your success story.
