THE INFINITY CLUB

The three assets are Proximity, Alignment, and Leverage.

They are the "what." But they are only possible because of how we built The Infinity Club—on our three core tenets: Access, Priority, and Service.

This is the core of our philosophy, and it's what separates the Inner Circle from every other mastermind.

Most groups get it backward. They sell you "service" (a product), then "priority" (if you pay more), but you never get true "access" (to the architect).

We reverse that.

1. We start by limiting Access. This is not a public group; it is a private council. We don't want your money if you're not a good fit. We prefer to limit access to only the right leaders.

2. Because we limit access, we can give you true Priority. You are not a number; you are a key member of the council.

3. This structure allows us to provide a level of Service you've never experienced—one that delivers the three tangible assets:

   • Proximity: Direct, high-level counsel from Greg and the TFP leadership.

   • Alignment: A full membership for you and your spouse to align your legacy.

   • Leverage: The TFP team as your on-demand catalyst.

We are not here to sell you. We are here to ask, "What are you trying to do?" and determine if we are the right fit to help you do it.

This is not a "guest pass" or a "plus-one." This is a full, separate, and equal membership for your partner.

The Final Percent is designed to be family-integrated. We built this to solve the single biggest point of friction for high-performers: leaving your partner behind.

This means no more events where your spouse stays home, waiting for a secondhand recap, "hoping you got it all right."

This is about two minds, one standard. It's about crafting your legacy, hand in hand, the way it was meant to be. Your spouse receives their own all-access pass and becomes every bit the member you are, with full admittance to all masterminds (Gamma, Kappa), all private calls, and all retreats.

The $3,300 annual dues are the maintenance for your seat on the council.

They are your ongoing commitment, ensuring we can continue to serve you and deliver the three assets—Proximity, Alignment, and Leverage—at the highest level. This commitment also upholds the integrity of the council, ensuring every member at the table is as invested as you are.

Logistics & Terms:

• Annual dues are billed in January of every year.

• We do not prorate dues.

• Members who join in Q4 (October, November, December) will be exempt from the following January's dues cycle.

• Dues are non-negotiable. In the event dues are not paid, members forfeit their seat and their original $33,000 admittance fee.

What TFP-hosted events are included?

Your admittance includes a general admission pass to any event where The Final Percent is the official host.

This is a core part of your "Ecosystem" asset. The specific events included are:

• TFP Totality Events

• TFP Retreats (e.g., Wyoming, Colorado, etc.)

• TFP Meetups

• All private, Infinity Club Exclusive events

The pass does not include events that TFP does not own or host. Examples of exclusions are:

• Retreats hosted by other organizations or third-party partners.

• Private, closed-door events where TFP is a guest or sponsor.

These terms apply globally. On rare occasions, if an event has unique terms (such as a private, high-cost, limited-seating dinner), they will be stated clearly upfront with clauses pertaining to the Infinity Club.
