We ask you to prepare this. Garmin is preferred for highly accurate data collection, resulting in more customized results. (Apple Watch will also work.)

The week just before this countdown expires is your Integration Period.

This is when we seamlessly transition the current participants out and bring your new group in.

Here is what you can expect during that final week:

Access to the TFP Fit app: You'll get access to your specific workout and macro plan with the ability to link in your calorie tracking and Garmin applications.

Welcome Call: An invitation to the introductory welcome call with the coaching team.

While you wait for the countdown: Please focus entirely on completing Step 1: Your Personalized Plan and gathering all items on your Preparation Checklist! The better prepared you are when that clock hits zero, the greater your results will be.
