1. Eligibility

To use our Services or purchase digital products, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by The Final Percent are digital in nature. No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the digital product through your account. This access remains active unless otherwise revoked per these Terms.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You must complete and fully use the digital product as it was designed to be used.

  • To request a refund, you must provide reasonable proof of full participation or usage (e.g., completed modules, worksheets, or activity logs).

  • If your refund is approved:

    • Your access to the digital product will be permanently revoked.

    • You agree not to retain, share, download, or use any materials from the product in any form.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for partial use, lack of engagement, or dissatisfaction without full completion of the product.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Final Percent—digital products, text, videos, graphics, downloads, and branding—is the property of The Final Percent or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use purchased content. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
