For this week's motivation we wish to remind everyone that from time to time it's okay to slow down. Everyone needs a break every once in a while and thus this is your reminder to plan a day off. Find a good stopping point in your work and sleep in for once, go to the park, get coffee with a friend, spend a day away from the craziness. However when you come back, dive into your goals with a new sense of vigor and passion. “If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done.”-Bruce Lee
Welcome back TFP!
This week we have begun the process of head first diving into what this year has for us! From new podcast episodes in the works with people we’ve never had on before to beginning the plans for what our youtube channel will look like, we truly have a lot of things in the works. Alongside this the app is nearing its launch date.
Here soon all of the TFP family should be receiving an email with a description on how to access and download the app from the app store. This app will allow easy access to our training series and podcast episodes. As it launches we would love to hear from you all on anything you would like to see changed, edited or adjusted for easier access or quality of life.
2022 is only 10 days in and we are already beginning to feel the forward momentum we expected for the year!
